Easter Lunch Menu

Start with something that everyone can enjoy while you’re finishing last minute preparations.

Cream Cheese with Pepper Jelly is always a favorite!

1 block of Cream Cheese

1 jar of your choice of Pepper Jelly

Crackers of your choice. A variety pack is best.

Here is an example of a Menu that you can enjoy for your Easter Lunch with your family.

Chicken Salad on Croissant/Potato Chips/Pinwheels/Blueberry – Strawberry – Banana Compote/Cupcakes

Chicken Salad on Croissants

4 cups shredded chicken (canned or cooked)

1 tsp. Olive oil

2 cups seedless grapes

½ tsp. Pepper

½ tsp. Salt

½ tsp. Dijon mustard

½ .- 1 cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

½ cup chopped celery

walnuts, optional

Coat chicken with olive oil. Mix all ingredients together.

Chill. Serve on croissant rolls.

Blueberry/Strawberry/Banana Compote

1 container Blueberries

1 container Strawberries

4 Bananas

Sugar to taste

Combine Blueberries, sliced Strawberries, and sliced Bananas. Add a small

amount of sugar to taste. I usually add about 2 Tablespoons.

Stir and serve immediately.

Pinwheels

8-oz cream cheese, softened

1 Tbsp ranch mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 to 2 Tbsp milk

1 (3-oz) package bacon bits

1/2 lb thinly sliced deli turkey

4 large burrito tortillas (12-inch)

Mix softened cream cheese with the ranch powder, cheddar cheese, 1

Tbsp milk, and bacon until well combined. Add more milk if desired.

Spread about 2 Tbsp of this mixture evenly on each tortilla then lay 3-

4 slices of turkey breast flat on top of the cheese mixture to cover in a

single layer.

Roll the tortilla up gently, yet tightly to make sure it holds together and

keeps its shape.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up softened cream cheese.

Cut into 1 inch slices.

Easter Charcuterie Board

You can make a really neat Easter themed charcuterie board. Grab a gorgeous board like this and have fun with it!

Add different colors of Easter Peeps , Pastel chocolate candies, Easter decorated cookies, or even pastel robins eggs are all a great addition to a charcuterie board. And like I said, have fun with it! Your family and friends will love it.

Easter Home Decor

Next, we need to cover how we’re going to make everything pretty.

There are so many ways that you can use beautiful decorations to make it pleasing to the eye. You can even use paper plates and napkins to add to the décor.

You can get these adorable Easter pillow covers at a super cheap price. I have used these pillow covers for several different holidays and they are made of really good quality. I can’t believe how cheap and easy it is to trade out pillow covers each holiday.

Add a sweet vignette for a center piece for your table. Start with a two-tiered tray like this, then add a variety of Easter decor such as decorative bunnies and eggs. Add beautiful silk spring flowers, add these precious wood beads and arrange your items in an eye-pleasing way. I know you will do an amazing job and it will turn out so adorable.

If you just want to push the easy button then just grab this.

Easter Plates and Napkins

You can choose to do the traditional themed Easter plates and napkins, or you can choose to have a more formal look and use these precious plates. These pastel dinner napkins are a great addition to your Easter Lunch.

Mix real plates with your Easter themed paper plates and napkins. Maybe you would prefer to use real napkins in addition to your Easter themed napkins that you purchase.

You are now equipped with an Easter menu complete with a charcuterie board, Easter themed decor ideas, and ways to decorate your Easter table.

Enjoy this gathering with your family and friends to celebrate Jesus!
